Capture
- Capture > bottom [><] icon : Connect/Disconnect System
- Capture > 4. Capture ! > Start / Stop
Pipeline Settings
- Post Processing > Pipeline
- add the followings:
- Circle Fit, Reconstruct, ...
- Load Subject(s) -> right click, "Edit Options", asign vsk file.
- Trajectory Labeler
- Kinematic Fit
- Export data to CSV file > right click, "Edit Options", set Output Type as Local.
- Save Trial file
Matching Labels
- Post Processing > Labeling > Modes > Single (or Multiple)
Calibration
- Post Processing > Subjects > Events > G, T click
- Post Processing > Calibration > Recalibrate Markers
Storing Motions
- Data Management > select all motions, right click, Mark Node(s)
- Data Management > Batch Processor > third icon
- Data Management > Batch Processor > first icon
CVS data format
- Strangely, the values of the following entries are inverted. Before calling cvs2motion.py, we should modify them: lfemur<a-X>, lfemur<a-Z>, lfoot<a-Z>, lhumerus<a-X>, lhumerus<a-Z>.
