Overview

  • Program: VICONiQ 2.5

Capture

  • Capture > bottom [><] icon : Connect/Disconnect System
  • Capture > 4. Capture ! > Start / Stop

Pipeline Settings

  • Post Processing > Pipeline
  • add the followings:
    • Circle Fit, Reconstruct, ...
    • Load Subject(s) -> right click, "Edit Options", asign vsk file.
    • Trajectory Labeler
    • Kinematic Fit
    • Export data to CSV file > right click, "Edit Options", set Output Type as Local.
    • Save Trial file

Matching Labels

  • Post Processing > Labeling > Modes > Single (or Multiple)

Calibration

  • Post Processing > Subjects > Events > G, T click
  • Post Processing > Calibration > Recalibrate Markers

Storing Motions

  • Data Management > select all motions, right click, Mark Node(s)
  • Data Management > Batch Processor > third icon
  • Data Management > Batch Processor > first icon

CVS data format

  • Strangely, the values of the following entries are inverted. Before calling cvs2motion.py, we should modify them: lfemur<a-X>, lfemur<a-Z>, lfoot<a-Z>, lhumerus<a-X>, lhumerus<a-Z>.
